Come Home to Your True Self

Coaching

What is coaching? In short, it’s all about focusing on the future and getting unstuck from bad habits.

Looking for love (and self-love!)? A new job? Ways to get and stay more focused and organized? I got you.

While we are focused on the future, oftentimes, we need to look to the past to break some of these bad habits and rewire how we think of the world and ourselves. Oftentimes, this entails working with past trauma. While this can be hard, it can bring about radical change. Our trauma typically stems from childhood, so I often work with my clients on connecting with their inner child, talking to them, crying with them, and healing them. I took care of the younger Cator so the adult Cator could show up. Most importantly, while we may spend some time on the past, the future is always the focus. I was trained through CTI and continued my education by taking the year-long Foundations course at EVRYMAN and Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry course.

Vibing with this work? Let’s set up a 30 call to learn more. I ask for a three-month commitment from clients (most stay much longer) with at least two 1-hour sessions a month. This way, you get to see the results of coaching.

This profound work doesn’t happen overnight.

Testimonials

EVRYMAN

While I have my own coaching practice, I am also a facilitator for EVRYMAN, a science-based men’s wellness organization that The New York Times described as, ‘Crossfit for your emotions.’ I run their weekly GBTQ+ Drop-in Group as well as help facilitate their retreats. We hosted our first GBTQ+ retreat in the fall of 2023. We focus on somatic healing. Men can get stuck in their stories, so we get them into their bodies to feel their emotions somatically. Once we learn this life-changing technique, things shift. Men are amazing when they learn to take deep breathes to focus and get grounded. When we learn to hold parts of the body where we feel our emotions so we can connect deeper to them, we grow. Through my work with EVRYMAN, plus the time I spend with clients, I have an inside track of what men are yearning for, and it has been challenging, and beautiful to see how we can do this work together and support them in their journey.

Psychedelic Integration

I am also trained in psychedelic integration through Fluence. For years I have found the benefits of working with psychedelics extremely powerful. From my rave days using plant medicine that helped me connect deeper to self and find self-love after years of being in the closet, to working with shamans both in America and Peru to work through trauma and deep-rooted issues, psychedelics have been a lifesaver for me.

We allow ourselves to break open in much more depth and sometimes with much more ease through the use of psychedelics. While I do not host any sort of psychedelic therapy work, integration (sessions to process what came up for you during your psychedelic journey) is vital for healing and growth.

Holler!

I would love to hear from you. I connect with clients remotely using Zoom. The first ‘Discovery’ session is 30-minutes and $75. One-hour sessions are $175. I ask for a minimum of a three-month commitment (two sessions a month) so that we have the proper time and space to dig deep, set goals, and see results.

If money is an issue, I am here for you and we can work something out!
